1:00 PM - Meet at City Island Parking Lot
2:00 PM - March begins from City Island to Capital Steps
2:30 PM - Rally begins on Capital Steps
4:30 PM - 2009 PA Grassroots Banquet Begins (Harrisburg Hilton) -- BANQUET IS FREE ! !
