It's Unconstitutional

There's still hope that even if the health care bill makes it to Obama's desk, it will get overturned by the courts. There are several (or at least a few) things in the bill that are unconstitutional, and here's an article in the WSJ that discusses three of the major constitutional problems with the bill.
